Bruce Banner gets caught in a gamma bomb explosion. At night, he turns into the Hulk. Soviet spy Igor sends word about the Hulk to Mother Russia. The Gargoyle comes to capture the Hulk, but by the time they return to the USSR, Hulk has turned back into Banner. Banner helps the Gargoyle turn back into a normal man, and the Gargoyle turns on his comrades, blowing up the Soviet military base out of gratitude for the American who de-monster-fied him.
